Anguilla
As I mentioned previously, we went to Anguilla with our friend Lauren and her daughter Evie for a mid-winter break. The weather was perfect, never too hot and sometimes a bit cool in the evenings, and the views were something you would see on a postcard. We spent most of our time in the pool or at the beach and we also spent a good deal of time eating. We could not find a good iced mocha or vanilla latte on the island so we traded those in for mango coladas for the week. That worked out perfectly fine with me.
